Shaun Rupert, a Memphis Tiger starting football player is now off the team after being arrested on robbery, burglary, and weapons charges.
The defensive back was arrested Thursday. According to the affidavit, police say May 25th, the victim was walking to his apartment in the 500 block of Brister Street, and as he got to his door, the former Tiger and another man pushed their way in. The victim said the two were armed with black handguns, and demanded money. The victim says they then stole two watches, and Xbox, and an Apple Macbook.
