USF freshman WR Kevaughn Dingle was arrested by campus police late Friday morning on a felony sexual-battery charge.An 18-year-old from Miami being redshirted this season, Dingle remains in jail on no bond, according to Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office records.
A USF Police Department release indicates that around 1 a.m. Friday, campus police received a call of a possible sexual battery occurring at the Holly C Residence Hall. The incident reportedly occurred at noon on Thursday, the release says.

Kentucky Punter Panton arrested on Saturday for public intoxication (The Fulmer Cup Offseason)
Kentucky punter Matt Panton was arrested and charged with public intoxication on Saturday night after the loss to Ole Miss.
Panton, a graduate transfer from Columbia University originally from Melbourne, Australia, was booked into the Lexington jail after 1:30 a.m. Sunday, according to jail records.
He was arrested by Lexington Police near the corners of South Upper and Bolivar streets. Panton’s arrest citation was not immediately available nor were any other details surrounding his arrest.

Alabama reserve QB Mac Jones arrested, charged with DUI (The Fulmer Cup Offseason)
Alabama third-string quarterback Mac Jones was arrested Friday morning and charged with driving under the influence, according to the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
The freshman was also charged with improper ID by a minor.

Nevada Wolf Pack football graduate assistant Jeff Nady was arrested early Saturday morning after crashing his car into the Nugget Casino Resort, per Sparks police, and has been suspended from the team.
Nady, who is in his second season on the Nevada coaching staff, was charged with five misdemeanors and released from the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office facility by Saturday night.
